would stay here again. very clean and well-kept place. a big double room was a highlight for us. downtown kota kinabalu district definitely deserves exploring.

It deserves its 2 stars. The room was equipped with a bathtub. Excellent home base for visiting the markets and a mini mart near to the hotel. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like New Rahmat Restoran that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
